Directions

Step 1:

Dry roast all the spices except the turmeric and bay leaves until they become aromatic.

Step 2:

Allow the spices to cool down completely.

Step 3:

Transfer the cooled spices to a grinder, add turmeric powder and grind to a fine powder.

Step 4:

Now add the bay leaves and grind again.

Step 5:

Your homemade Biryani Masala is ready to be used.
