boiled potatoes, diced

1/2 cup

roasted peanuts

1/4 cup

chopped onions

1/4 cup

chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup

chopped coriander leaves

1/4 cup

chopped raw mango (optional)

1/4 cup

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

chaat masala

1/2 teaspoon

cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon

black salt

1/2 teaspoon

lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon

tamarind chutney

2 tablespoons

green chutney

2 tablespoons

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice, potatoes, peanuts, onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and raw mango (if using).

Step 2:

Add the red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice, tamarind chutney, and green chutney.

Step 3:

Mix everything together until all the ingredients are well combined.

Step 4:

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Step 5:

Serve the bhelpuri in individual bowls or plates. Enjoy!
