puffed rice

2 cups

chopped onions

1/2 cup

chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup

chopped coriander leaves

1/4 cup

chopped raw mango (optional)

1/4 cup

chopped boiled potatoes

1/4 cup

roasted peanuts

1/4 cup

sev

1/4 cup

chopped green chillies

1/4 cup

tamarind chutney

1/4 cup

mint chutney

1/4 cup

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, raw mango (if using), boiled potatoes, peanuts, sev, green chillies, tamarind chutney, mint chutney and salt.

Step 2:

Mix everything together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3:

Serve the bhel immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
