In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add the yogurt, warm water, and oil and mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Flatten each ball of dough and carefully slide it into the hot oil.
Fry the bhature until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the bhature from the oil and drain on paper towels.
