Bhakri is a type of unleavened flatbread that is popular in India and other parts of South Asia. It is made from a variety of grains, such as wheat, jowar, bajra, and rice. The dough is kneaded and then flattened into a thin disc before being cooked on a hot griddle. Bhakri is usually served with a variety of accompaniments, such as curries, pickles, and chutneys. It is a staple food in many parts of India and is often eaten for breakfast or as a snack.
