In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
Add the oil and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Slowly add the warm water and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a thin circle, about 6 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the rolled Bhakhri on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Flip the Bhakhri and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove the Bhakhri from the pan and serve hot.
