Bhaji Pav is a popular Indian street food dish. It consists of a spicy potato-based curry, known as bhaji, served with a soft, pillowy pav (bread roll). The bhaji is made with potatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, tomatoes and a blend of spices. The pav is usually lightly toasted and served with a dollop of butter. It is typically served with a side of onions, lemon wedges, and chutney. Pao Bhaji is a popular snack and can be served as a light meal too.
