In a bowl, mix together the besan, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ajwain, garam masala, amchur and salt.
Add the oil and mix it in with your hands until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Slowly add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin discs.
Heat a non-stick pan and place the discs on it.
Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
