Ingredients

Besan (Gram Flour)

1/2 cup

Oats

1/4 cup

finely chopped Onions

1/4 cup

finely chopped Tomatoes

1/4 cup

finely chopped Capsicum

1/4 cup

finely chopped Coriander Leaves

1/4 cup

Red Chilli Powder

1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric Powder

1/4 teaspoon

Garam Masala

1/4 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Oil for cooking

Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the besan, oats, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.

Step 2:

Add enough water to make a thick batter.

Step 3:

Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with some oil.

Step 4:

Pour a ladleful of the batter on the pan and spread it evenly.

Step 5:

Cook on medium heat until the cheela is golden brown on both sides.

Step 6:

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
