sugar

3/4 cup

ghee (clarified butter)

cardamom powder

1/4 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan and add the besan.

Step 2:

Keep stirring the besan on low heat until it turns a golden brown color.

Step 3:

Step 5:
