Heat ghee in a pan and add the besan.
Keep stirring the besan on low heat until it turns a golden brown color.
Add the sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
After the sugar melts, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Once it is cool enough to handle, shape the mixture into small round ladoos.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
