In a pan, roast the besan on low heat until it turns golden brown.
Add the ghee to the pan and continue to roast the besan until it releases a nutty aroma.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cardamom powder.
Once the besan mixture has cooled down, add the sugar-cardamom mix to it.
Add the chopped almonds and cashews.
Mix everything well and shape into round balls.
Let the laddus cool completely before storing them.
Serve the laddus as a dessert or a snack.
