besan (gram flour)

Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add besan and roast it for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 3:

Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 4:

Add almonds, cashews and raisins and mix well.

Step 5:

Remove from heat and let it cool down.

Step 6:

Once cooled, make small balls from the mixture.

Step 7:

Serve the Besan Laddu warm or at room temperature.
