Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add besan and roast it for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously.
Once the besan is roasted and fragrant, add sugar and mix well.
Add cardamom powder, almonds, cashews and raisins and mix well.
Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool down.
Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into laddoos.
Serve the besan laddoos warm or at room temperature.
