Besan ke Laddu is a traditional Indian sweet dish made with gram flour, sugar, ghee and dry fruits. They are ball-shaped sweets popular in festive seasons. Easy to make, these laddus are rich in protein and give quick energy. Furthermore, they are loved by people across all age groups.

Melt ghee in a pan and add the gram flour. Cooking on a low flame continually stir the mix ensuring that the mixture doesn’t form lumps and is cooked well.
When the mixture is golden brown, remove from flame and allow it to cool.
Add the sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits to the mixture. Mix everything well.
Once the mixture has cooled enough to handle, make small round laddus. Ensure that they hold the shape.
Let them cool completely before storing in air-tight containers. These laddus can be store up to 2 weeks.
