Besan ka Ladoo is a popular Indian sweet made from gram flour, sugar, and ghee. The chickpea flour or 'besan' is roasted with ghee, then mixed with sugar to make these round sweets. Often garnished with chopped nuts and raisins, these ladoos are a staple during festive seasons and special occasions across India. They are a rich source of protein and fiber.
