In a bowl, mix together the besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, aamchur, coriander powder and salt.
Add the water and mix to make a thick batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and spread a ladleful of the batter on it.
Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the chilla and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
