cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon

garam masala

1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Step 3:

Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Step 4:

Add chopped tomato and green chili and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.

Step 6:

Add cooked beans and mix everything together.

Step 7:

Add salt to taste and mix again.

Step 8:

Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 9:

Serve hot with chapati or rice. Enjoy!
