When the seeds start to splutter, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
Add the cooked beans and mix well.
Add jaggery and salt to taste.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add grated coconut and mix well.
Cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
