fresh bathua leaves, washed and chopped

plain yogurt

2 cups

cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

black salt

1/2 teaspoon

chaat masala

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper

1/4 teaspoon

roasted cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon

chopped fresh coriander leaves

2 tablespoons

chopped fresh mint leaves

2 tablespoons

chopped onion

1/2 cup

chopped tomato

1/2 cup

chopped cucumber

1/4 cup

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder.

Step 2:

Add the chopped bathua leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, tomato, and cucumber.

Step 3:

Mix everything together until all the ingredients are well combined.

Step 4:

Add salt to taste and mix again.

Step 5:

Serve the bathua raita chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
