Directions

Step 1:

Take 2 tablespoons of basil seeds and soak them in half a cup of water for 15-20 minutes. They will become gelatinous once soaked.

Step 2:

Once they have swollen up and developed a gel-like consistency, drain the excess water.

Step 3:

Now add half a cup of milk to it.

Step 4:

Mix one tablespoon of honey into this and stir it well.

Step 5:

Refrigerate the mixture for some time and serve it chilled.
