Step 1:

Step 2:

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 5:

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Step 6:

Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it with your hands.

Step 7:

Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.

Step 8:

Place the flattened dough on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 9:

Flip the roti and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 10:

Brush some oil on the roti and cook for another minute.

Step 11:

Serve the bajra roti hot with your favorite accompaniment.
