Wash and soak the Basmati Rice for 30 minutes.
Heat Ghee and Oil in a pressure cooker.
Add Cumin Seeds, Bay Leaves, Green Cardamoms, Cloves and Cinnamon Stick.
Add Ginger-Garlic Paste and Green Chillies.
Add Onion and sauté till it turns golden brown.
Add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and Turmeric Powder.
Add Peanuts, Cashew Nuts, Raisins and Coconut.
Add the soaked Basmati Rice and mix well.
Add Salt to taste and mix well.
Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and fluff the rice.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve hot.
