Baby Corn Dry Recipe is an Indian vegetarian appetizer or side dish, popularly eaten with main course dishes or with beverages. This recipe consists of baby corn pieces tossed in a flavorful mix of spices, and stir-fried until it turns crispy. Rinse the baby corn under running water and pat dry.
Mix corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and a little salt to the baby corn. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the baby corn and stir-fry till it turns golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add green chilli and onions. Saute? till they turn soft and translucent.
Now add the fried baby corn and soy sauce. Toss well to ensure the baby corn is coated in the sauce.
Season with salt as per your taste and toss again.
Switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
