Ingredients

baby corn

200 grams

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

corn flour

2 tablespoons

ginger

1/2 teaspoon

garlic paste

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

green chilli, sliced

1

medium onion, sliced

1

soy sauce

2 tablespoons

salt as per taste

chopped fresh coriander for garnish

2 tablespoons

Directions

Step 1:

Rinse the baby corn under running water and pat dry.

Step 2:

Mix corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and a little salt to the baby corn. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the baby corn and stir-fry till it turns golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Step 4:

In the same pan, add green chilli and onions. Saute? till they turn soft and translucent.

Step 5:

Now add the fried baby corn and soy sauce. Toss well to ensure the baby corn is coated in the sauce.

Step 6:

Season with salt as per your taste and toss again.

Step 7:

Switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Step 8:

Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
