Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2:

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.

Step 3:

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, and sea salt.

Step 4:

Rub the mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get it into all the crevices.

Step 5:

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 6:

Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
