lemon juice (optional)

Step 1:

First,wash the apples thoroughly under running water.

Step 2:

Cut the apples into quarters and remove the seeds.

Step 3:

Put the apples in a blender or juicer. Add a half cup of water.

Step 4:

Blend on high until the apples are completely pulped.

Step 5:

Use a sieve or cheesecloth to filter out the pulp and collect the juice in a bowl or jar.

Step 6:

You can choose to add 1 or 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to prevent the apple juice from turning brown due to oxidation.

Step 7:

Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
