Directions

Step 1:

In a medium bowl, combine the diced apples, celery, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and raisins.

Step 2:

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3:

Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the apple mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Step 4:

Serve the apple salad immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
