anar (pomegranate) pulp

1/2 cup

condensed milk

1/2 cup

heavy cream

1/2 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

cardamom powder

1/4 teaspoon

saffron strands

1/4 teaspoon

chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)

1/4 cup

Directions

Step 1:

In a blender, add the anar pulp, condensed milk, heavy cream, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Blend until smooth.

Step 2:

Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chopped nuts.

Step 3:

Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 4:

To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds and enjoy!
