mango pulp

2 cups

sugar

2 tablespoons

cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon

ghee

2 tablespoons

almonds, chopped

2 tablespoons

cashews, chopped

2 tablespoons

raisins

2 tablespoons

coconut, grated

2 tablespoons

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the almonds, cashews, and raisins and fry until golden brown.

Step 3:

Add the mango pulp and sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 5:

Add the grated coconut and mix well.

Step 6:

Cook for another 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.

Step 7:

Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
