Wash the amla and cut them into small pieces.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the amla pieces and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the jaggery, black pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Mix everything together and cook for about 10 minutes or until the amla pieces are soft.
