Directions

Step 1:

Wash and scrape the parwal. Cut them into thin slices.

Step 2:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Step 3:

Add the sliced parwal and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add all the dry spices and mix well.

Step 5:

Cook for a few minutes until the parwal is cooked and the spices are blended well.

Step 6:

Serve hot with chapati or rice.
