In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.

Slowly add the water and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place one of the rolled circles on the pan and cook for 1 minute.
Flip the paratha and cook for another minute.
Spread 1 teaspoon of ghee over the paratha and cook for 1 minute.
Flip the paratha and spread 1 teaspoon of ghee over the other side.
Cook for 1 minute or until the paratha is golden brown.
Remove the paratha from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Serve the parathas hot with your favorite accompaniment. Enjoy!
