Knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
Take one portion of the dough and roll it out into a thin circle.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the circle.
Fold the edges of the circle over the filling and press to seal.
Roll out the parantha into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil.
Place the parantha on the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
