Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Add the cubed potatoes and cauliflower and mix well.
Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and serve hot.
