potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices

2 cups

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying



Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.

Step 2:

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Step 3:

Once the oil is hot, add the potato slices in batches and fry until golden brown.

Step 4:

Remove the fried potatoes from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Step 5:

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
