Salt to taste



Step 1:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the cumin, mustard, and fennel seeds and cook until they begin to sizzle.

Step 3:

Add the turmeric, coriander, and red chili powder and stir to combine.

Step 4:

Add the potatoes and green peas and stir to coat with the spices.

Step 6:

Add the garam masala, cilantro, and salt and stir to combine.

Step 7:

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Step 8:

Serve hot with chapati or rice. Enjoy!
