Mix everything together until it forms a dough.
Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a ball.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the balls into the oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove the aloo bondas from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
