cumin powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chili powder

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the onions and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Step 3:

Add the potatoes and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, and red chili powder and mix well.

Step 5:

Add the cooked beans and mix well.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 8:

Serve hot with chapatis or rice. Enjoy!
