sugar

1/2 cup

ghee

1/4 cup

milk

1/4 cup

cardamom powder

1/4 teaspoon

chopped almonds

1 tablespoon

chopped pistachios

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the walnuts and fry until golden brown.

Step 3:

Add the sugar and stir until it melts.

Step 4:

Add the milk and stir until it is absorbed.

Step 5:

Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 6:

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 7:

Add the chopped almonds and pistachios and mix well.

Step 8:

Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 9:

Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
