Cut the paneer into cubes and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, once it crackles add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste.
Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
Add achari masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt to the pan.
Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the mixture.
Add paneer cubes and mix well, ensuring each cube is coated with the masala.
Add water if required and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
