Peel and cut the mangoes into small pieces.
In a large pot, add the mango pieces, sugar, cumin powder, black salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, tamarind pulp, jaggery and water.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mangoes are soft and the mixture has thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve chilled. Enjoy!
