This recipe of golden glow smoothie is a combination of healthy fats, gut-supporting fibre, and pure, plant-based proteins makes it both savoury and nourishing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Carrot, grated
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice, fresh
  • ½ Cup Papaya
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric, powder or grated
  • ½ Tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Place 1 Carrot, grated, 1 cup Orange Juice, fresh, ½ cup Papaya, ½ tsp Turmeric, powder or grated, ½ tsp Ginger, in a mixer.
  • Step 2: Blend well and, if necessary, add ice cubes.
  • Step 3: Serve.
