Watermelon feta salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Seedless Watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Juice of one Lime
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese

Instructions
 

  • To make the dressing, whisk together olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • In a large salad dish, place the 2 cups of Seedless Watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • Drizzle the dressing of mint over the watermelon and gently toss to coat.
  • Toss the crumbled feta into the salad bowl and gently swirl to incorporate the cheese.
