Combine one and a half cups of water with the roughly chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, salt, and almonds in a vessel. Allow this to simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and toasted oats powder once the tomatoes are soft and half the water has been drained.
Cook these for 2 minutes.
Allow the mixture to cool before blending it into a fine paste.
Heat the oil in another vessel. Now, add the whole spices as well as the ginger garlic paste. Cook until the raw scent has dissipated.
Add the blended masala and simmer till the oil rises to the surface.
Add the paneer and capsicum and simmer for 5 minutes with the saucepan closed, along with garam masala and Kasuri methi.
Finally, serve with the chopped coriander leaves for a sumptuous serve!
