Till ladoo

"Rather than obsessing over the very famous motichoor ladoos, why not try something different? A little nutritious, a little unconventional and a lot more tasty. Though this has been a traditional recipe for some parts of India, it is getting lost between healthy yoghurts and fruit salads. Let’s make til ladoos and relish this delicious treat."

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sesame seeds (white or black)
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts (without skin)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Dry and toast the sesame seeds for 2 minutes.
  • Finely grind the sesame seeds and peanuts.
  • Grind in the jaggery, melted ghee, and cardamom.
  • Combine all of the ingredients to make a dough.
  • Form lemon-sized balls and serve!
