Let’s take a look at the food that we must avoid that reduces the testosterone

Soy Products

Soy has high amounts of a compound called isoflavones. A study suggests that isoflavones in soy are considered a testosterone reducing food.

Dairy Products

It contains high levels of glycyrrhizic acid that neutralizes the enzyme that helps in testosterone production.
