Kefir is similar to Greek yoghurt, except it contains more probiotics. It is usually compared to Kombucha. However, kefir contains more protein and vitamins than kombucha. Nutritionists and healthcare professionals suggest that regularly drinking kefir may improve health in 2-4 weeks.

The several health benefits of kefir include improving heart, gut, kidney, liver, and skin health. Kefir also has anti-cancerous, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial effects.
