Coach-led transformation
Hi HealthifyMe Team.
My name is Aman Verma (25), and I recently completed one of the biggest achievements of my life - losing 55 kg in 6 months. This transformation has honestly changed not just my body, but my mindset, discipline, and confidence.
I am truly satisfied and grateful because throughout this journey, HealthifyMe played a very important role for me. Tracking calories, understanding food habits, and staying consistent became much easier because of your platform.
Recently, I also got recognition for my transformation journey, and now I have started creating content around it. I am currently working on a reel where I will share how HealthifyMe genuinely helped me during my fat-to-fit journey. I want to keep it very real, very authentic, and very inspiring, because this is something I truly experienced.
I just wanted to personally thank you for being part of my journey. And if someday HealthifyMe feels my story can help inspire more people, I would always feel honoured to represent and grow along with the brand.
