Hi my name is Sakthi 30 years old . I joined dietician Miss Rogayyah diet plan on 1 Sept 2023 after I been diagnosed PCOS , due to that problem I faced various complications such as irregular or no periods, acne and obesity .Dietician Rogayyah diet plan is really gives me successful transformation ,since she teaches a new awareness in eating and what effects foods changed my whole food intake pattern in daily life . She insisted me to take a clean eating's meal plan includes tons of fresh fruits and veggies, high-fiber whole grains and legumes, healthy fats and lean proteins . After 3 months strict diet I lost almost 9.1kg . Unbelievable my menstrual cycle came to normal ,my skin completion also good , My confident level is high now .
