Mushroom stuffed omelette

Mushrooms are a low-calorie food that is high in nutrients. They've long been recognised as an important part of any diet due to their high concentration of health-promoting vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato, chopped
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and sauté 1/4 cup onion, 1/2 tomato, and 1 garlic clove.
  • Cook for a minute after adding the 1 cup chopped mushrooms.
  • Season the mushroom with salt and pepper.
  • Make an egg white omelette with 3 egg whiten beatean.
  • Fill the omlette with the mushroom stuffings, fold it in half, and enjoy a nutritious meal!
