Lemon cucumber and mint detox water

In a world where sleep cycles are disrupted, eating habits are inconsistent, the food is largely poor, and stress levels are high. We all need to detox now and then to keep our bodies and minds clean. Especially with homemade detoxs. How about making your own detox beverage? Here's how to unwind with one of the most popular detox drinks with lemon, cucumber and mint. This drink is easy to make and helps with toxins clearance and appetite regulation. Furthermore, substituting delicious infused water for regular water enhances your immune system.

  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 Spring fresh mint leaves
  • A jug of water


  • Wash and cut the cucumbers, lemon, and mint
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a big jug.
  • Fill the jug halfway with water and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Take a sip!
